Conduct a Hazob (hazard/observation)
During your Take 5,you may identify a physical or behavioural hazard that requires further action.
Start a Hazob report by clicking the Report a HAZOB button.
Fill in the Hazob form:
- Type the location of the hazard.
- Type a detailed description of the hazards or behaviour.
- List any actions you have done to control or isolate the hazard.
- Make any suggestions on what else needs to be done to eleminate the hazard.
Once done, click the Save button
