Conduct Inspection

To complete an inspection, go to the Home page and click on the relevant inspection tile.

Fill in the equipment details:

• Type or select the relevant item from the Equipment ID or Task drop-down list. Note: If the equipment type is not available from the drop-down list, see Add equipment type.
• Type the location in the Location field.
• Type the reading in the Odometer/hourmeter field, if applicable/available.

Click Pass, Fail or N/A for each inspection item.

Note: If the inspection item is a Fail, you must type the details of the defect.

Uploading photos

To upload photos, Click

Locate the relevant file in your system and click Open, or if using a mobile device choose take photo.

You can remove a photo, by clicking the icon.

Warning: Once saved, you can not remove a photo or edit the inspection for security reasons

Once all files have been uploaded, click Save
