Visitor types
Supervised
Supervised visitors are short term visitors that are coming to site for meetings, they:
- will need to complete a basic visitor induction
- will be ecsorted by a company employee at all times during their visit
Unsupervised
Unsupervised visitors are workers that are conducting work onsite. These may be:
- Cleaning staff
- Trades people
- Short term contractors
Unsupervised visitors are required to conduct a more detailed induction than a visitor. The induction should covering company policies and procedures.
Employees
Employees are full time staff that work at the site on a regular basis. Employees:
- can invite people to site
- are listed in the "who are you visiting" list
- have completed a full employee induction as part of their onboarding process
